We sell graphic T-shirts, generally printed after an order is placed. Product illustrations are for guidance; print positioning and colours may vary slightly because of different screens and production processes.
Our standard advertised T-shirt price is £24 per item, with free UK delivery. The final price, including any applicable taxes and options, is displayed before you confirm payment. If a displayed price or description is incorrect, we will contact you before proceeding with an affected order.
Choose a collection, design, size and quantity, review your details, and use the secure checkout. Payments may be made using PayPal or supported debit and credit cards shown at checkout. We do not ask you to send card numbers by email or chat.
Please make sure your delivery details are accurate. We will confirm your order in a form you can keep, such as an email.
We aim for a seven-day order turnaround; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery across the UK is currently free for standard orders. If a different delivery date is agreed, that arrangement takes priority. Otherwise statutory delivery deadlines apply.
If a delay means the order cannot be supplied as agreed, please contact us so we can discuss your legal options, including cancellation where applicable.
For ordinary, non-personalised goods bought online, you generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. This can apply even when the seller prints a standard design after receiving the order.
Tell us by email before the cancellation period expires. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. We tell you this before you place your order. This does not apply where we are legally responsible for return costs, including returns of faulty or misdescribed goods. We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, to the extent permitted by law.
We will refund payments due, including standard outbound delivery charges if any were paid, normally within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence you have sent them back. Refunds are made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Goods made to a customer's own specifications or clearly personalised (for example, a shirt printed with their chosen name or unique artwork) may be exempt from the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. A standard catalogue T-shirt is not necessarily exempt just because we print it after ordering.
Personalisation does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your legal rights.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us with your order details and a description of the issue. You have statutory rights under UK consumer law, and these terms do not restrict them. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. We cover reasonable return costs when we are legally responsible, including for faulty or misdescribed goods. Please contact us first so we can agree suitable return arrangements.
You can cancel by sending an email with your order details, or by copying this model form. You do not have to use the form.
